Fix it. Maybe get a rear bumper from Newtakeoff.com and save yourself some money. Then keep your eye out for a set of used wheels for sale and maybe you can get both the car fixed, and wheels.

At this point, get it fixed, and demand that they put the new wheel/tires on the car which you want. You have both time lost from work and the car has been devalued due to the hit. Tell them you need to be compensated for those things. You feel the new set of wheels will be sufficient compensation. See if it works

Thanks for all the responses everyone. I took it to a different body shop and expressed my concerns regarding rust. Fortunately, it doesn't appear rust is a concern. Despite this, for a fraction of the cost they are going to repair it somewhat so it's hardly even noticeable. I've used this shop in the past and I trust them so I'm sure it'll look good. Will it look mint? Nope. However, rust will no longer be an issue and unless you're actively looking for the dent you won't even notice it.

So, I still have a decent chunk of money left along with some I've been saving for the car to begin with. However, I decided wheels weren't really needed. Instead, I just bought a bunch of toys for the ride such as:

New set of tires
MRT Rear Hinged Louver (AKA Roush Louver)
JLT Series 3 CAI & SF3 Tuner
Raxiom Smoked 2010 Style tail lights + Sequential kit
Escort 9500ix Radar Detector

Anyhow, thanks again for all the advice. I realize the majority of you all wanted me to get it fixed but after debating it for a long time I ultimately felt the damage really isn't that noticeable to me. Furthermore, once I learned rust wasn't an issue either, my mind was made.
