Exclamation New headers making noise video

Well I managed to get that bolt on started her up and after 20 mins it started making this noise only when I rev it from 2000 to 3000 rpm. I reused my old gaskets and bolts what could be making this noise. Thanks

I would loosen the bolts on the connection from the mid pipe, center the pipe, tighten slowly by tightening the bolts in a unison. If you leak is around where the header meets the head, you will need to tighten the header or get a different gasket.

Look around the headers and pipes and make sure it is not hitting somewhere. Headers often times hit other vehicle parts.

Sounds like it's leaking from the headers since it is happening almost instantly vs the delay in hearing between the leak and your mufflers.
