I don't care who gains more, it was just the 35-40 number thrown out was just a bit to high.
Since you're in CA, you pretty much can't do anything

Yeah, you're right. My HP guesstimations are a little inflated. Some of these figures have additional mods.

Yes. Cali is pretty much a pay to play state in its truest sense.
