My choice for full synthetic oil is Pennzoil Ultra 5W20. I change it at 5K miles & use a good filter, Motorcraft or Purolator Pure One.

I use RhinoRamps in lieu of jack stands.

My Rhino Ramps have a very shallow rake and, with my stock suspension, there's more than enough clearance.

I run 5,000 miles between changes, It is close too 6 month's some more some less. So I stick too just milage. That said I womp on my bjke and Ram all the time, It does the motor no good I'm sure but If I think it's abuse then I change out early. mobil 1 gets the nod, amsoil is quality hands down. but m1 is for me, Colored syrup is for kids.imo.
