Hey everybody. As you can see, I'm sort of new here and I have a question for you all. I was recently looking at replacing my current car, and was looking at a 2007 or 2008 mustang gt. I also have a friend who had his 2008 gt500 upgraded into a gt500 supersnake. He still has all of the parts off the gt500 that were replaced by shelby. Blower, shocks, wheels and tires, apparently everything. He said he'd give them to me if I paid for shipping, but I'm not sure if the parts would fit. I'm most worried about the blower, could I even attach a blower meant for a 5.4L engine onto a 4.6L? Obviously since this is several thousand dollars worth of free hardware I'm very eager to make this happen, but I don't want to if I have to damage my new car in the process. So, how much of the parts could I put on my GT?

I haven't spoken to the friend in person about this, I'm hearing about it through his brother, although neither would have any reason to lie. I can ask him why he still has the stuff, I wonder if he paid to keep it for some reason?

search google "will a gt500 blower fit on a gt" and you'll find the answer...also look into a company called department of boost (DOB)...quick answer, yes, a gt500 blower will fit a gt with the proper DOB manifold...
