Default So, I'm pretty sure I just stalled my automatic...

I was braking before a stop light when suddenly my check engine light and my battery dead light come on and I'm sitting here going wth?!? And it worked fine after putting it in park. Engine and battery lights went away. When I get home I'll plug in my tuner and try to read the code. Any ideas? Its a really windy day, could some strong winds choke my engine? All I have in there is a cold air intake and a different tune. Any suggestions??

You have a "battery dead" light? That's new....

I think you simply stalled and I doubt there'll be any codes thrown. When was the last time you cleaned the TB and replaced the fuel filter? I'd take care of those first and see if it happens again. Could even have been a slug of water in the fuel line, dirt,...

Bingo. My first guess is the throttle body.

It was the check engine light and a red battery light right next to it. The air filter is 2weeks old with 56 miles on it so it not dirty. also thanks for the advice.

Were you exceptionally low on fuel and stopping quickly?

check the connections of your intake tube where it attaches to the throttle body. if it is lose, you will have an air leak, which will cause it to stall.
