Default Leather for cloth seats. Fair deal?

So I just ordered some Corbeau CR1's. I was going to sell my stock seats but since I have to take off all the wiring off in order to keep SRS working properly that's not an option.*

So now I want to trade my leather seats for cloth seats, both front and rear. That way I can use the the wiring off the cloth instead of leather.*

So in addition to the swap what premium should I charge? I was thinking $500

Do you have heated seats? Right now the takeoff leather is going for around $160 - 200 on the internet, if you have heated seats it may be more desirable for someone to switch instead of dealing with take off leather. But that depends on how hard it is to adopt oem heated seats on 2012's to a model with no heated seats.

Yea, but the headache of removing the cloth and adding the leather is not appealing to some. I'm one of those, on my last car I just paid a memeber for the actual seats even though they cost $400 more than just the covers. My seats are not heated. But before I decided to get the Corbeaus I was contemplating their heat seaters
