Plz someone help!
ok so i just changed out my clutch and flywheel (pilot bearing, and slave included) when i got into the car the pedal had no pressure after pumping the pedal and refilling the reservoir it worked pretty good but i felt like there was air in the line but i couldnt find a way to bleed the system. after looking online i found instructions for the vacuum pump. the next day when i went to try the vacuum pump method the pedal had no pressure what so ever.
ok so this is where i feel extremely stupid, after reading the how to i cant figure out where i hook up the vacuum pump to or how to do it, so i was hoping someone can dump down the instruction and help me figure out how to properly use the vacuum pump to bleed the system.

When I do a clutch swap, I always bench bleed the slave (I know it's a little late for that advice, but for next time). It makes the bleeding process much quicker. I don't use the vacuum pump. Fill your reservoir to the neck and cap it. The VERY slowly, pump the brake about 15 times. It should take at least 20 seconds each time you go all the way down and all the way up. Then check the reservoir and if the fluid has dropped, fill to the neck again. Repeat this process about ten times over the course of a day and your pedal will be fine. (Assuming the lines are properly connected and installed.)
Also, kudos on changing your own clutch. I know from much experience what a huge PITA that job is.

thanks man it was a PITA at least for me seeing as this was the first time i change a clutch. ima give the pumping a try like you said hopefully that will fix it.

It should. And damn, you picked a difficult car for a first time clutch swap. The S197 GT is by far the hardest clutch swap I've ever done on a RWD vehicle. Also, if the slow pumping doesn't do the trick, get back to me and I'll help you trouble shoot.
