Default What are the odds?

This saturday I'm gonna look over the 'GT. I'm hoping too get some good answers , from the dealer, dodge, and from the car. We have the thump in the front end going over bumps, ( my kia does this) so either way I'll be getting this.lol The dreaded wetness and or musty smell in the passenger wheel well, and finally the spark plug issue's........Prolly never been changed.
So what are the odds on me driving this home or telling the dealer thanks but no thanks...........I plan on at least checking the floor for the wetness and litterly sticking my nose too the carpet and I guess check the trunk as well. Car fax showed the pcm getting serviced.....hmmmm wetness?!
I could ask for a spark plug change, and play dumb, or use that as too barter the cost down a bit. There has too be a reason this car sat all winter and never budged. It was origianally listed at 19,990. Then 17,900 and then 15,995, then 15,490. I'm getting her for 14,900. Sorry for the length of the post. I hope this ''eleanor '' doesn't have the issues I posted.
What are the odds??

Just my opinion but anytime you look at a used sports car, be sure to poke your head underneath the front bumper. If that front valance is all scuffed up underneath, it tells you something about the previous owner(s).

Unless you can do the work yourself, I wouldn't bother. One of the main reasons I liked my 08 was that it wasn't overly high tech, and that I can get the parts at any local napa store. In all honesty, my last 08 was on it's last legs lol

It's not bad for a tech to fix, but for your average joe.. it was nightmare lol

Luckily, I am able to.

Cabin air filter, water drain issue, Lisle spark plug tool. Nuff said.

If you don't get it, your screwed lol

Well seeing as I am litterally dreaming of this car, I think regardless of the ''issues'' I will be taken her off the lot. I bet the police have a special place in their heart when they see me coming..............

An '06 for $14.9K? You're nutz. I paid $13.5k for an '06 V6 Legend Lime Pony Package with a lot of upgrades, garage kept, 9600 miles froma FORD DEALER in April of '09. The car was mint. 06 V6's now go for about $11k $12k, give or take.

I think you meant'' if you cannot do the work yourself''. Otherwise your post reads contradictorian. My dad was a mechanic, , my uncle was a service tech. And my upbringing was in a garage........I think I can check for ball joints, and water damage, mebbe even squeeze a tube of silicone. and turn a wench......is it lefty loosy? sarcasm intended.

Yeah 4o dollars from trade in kbb......... I got screwed, ..........not! This car is mint as well, with the exalted v-8. (not my words). And as Ferris Bueller would say,'' The car is sooooo choice, if you have the means, I highly reccomend picking up one!''
