Yeah, the reviews on tirerack look great but then again, that's only based on a mere 500,000 reported miles. Given Michelin's rep, though, I'm sure they'll prove to be an excellent choice. But even with MY deep pockets, $1000 in rubber is a bit steep for my style of non-DD driving with the Stang. Let us know how they fare.

they are also 10% lighter than most other brands of tire in the same size.
I will be getting pilot super sports when i can .. i have these stock p zero neros which are probably no where near as good. (treadware 400 = very little grip, especially if its below like 60 degrees)
Pilot super sports come on ferrari 599 gto's and other supercars.

Hankook Evo Ventus... I've gotten 30k out of mine and through Discount Tire I got them for $740 installed.
They are very quiet, have great lateral grip and handle well in the wet... but if you have big HP, don't expect them to be a pseudo drag radial.
