Default dress up kits...garbage

Maybe Im wrong here but I just read the march issue of mustang monthly,and they had an article on 4.6 dressup kit from California pony car. Why would anyone put such low rent cheap plastic garbage on an engine bay to dressit up...terrible just terrible.

You answered your own question. Its the guy scraping from paycheck to paycheck. He wants his ride to look nice too.

You really should be asking yourself
why would anyone produce such low
rent cheap plastic garbage in the first
place. Supply and demand. If there
was no demand for cheap crap, it
would most likely not be produced.

I don't even have the stock plastic in my engine compartment. I removed the big black piece that covers the radiator mounts.

Thats smart. Not.
Its there to promote air flow to the radiator.
Your cooling fan will be working overtime
to help draw air thru the radiator at speed.
