Default 06 Mustang GT: Help me identify the problem

Hi,

We have an issue with our 2006 Mustang GT.

The car was running well for a year then all of a sudden it started to loose power at WOT.

mods include:
SCT Tuning
Steeda pulleys
Steeda CAI
Ford Racing intake manifold
SW off-road long tubes and cat-back

The car has brand new O2 sensors, and MAF.

Here is a video of few wot runs. The engine revs like normal when the clutch is depressed.

and here is SCT livelink datalog file of some sensors

please let me know what should we look at.

Thank you

When did the issue start? Did you modify anything before hand? Any CEL?

The transmission was fully rebuilt, then this issue happened.

MAF was replaced a couple of months ago. New O2 sensors were put about a couple of weeks ago.

The car isn't driven much, and was parked for three months before we rebuild the trans.

no CEL.

Thank you

correction: the issue started before we rebuild the transmission.

You got a bad misfire going on there. Pull your spark plugs, I bet one of them is wet.

Do you have the stock coil-on-plugs?

How many miles on the spark plugs? What kind of spark plugs? It's either the plugs are bad or bad coil pack.

it sounds like it clears up at higher rpms. My car sounded just like that when my accel coil pack failed. Sounds like a helicopter and vibrates bad.

stock coils at 70,000 miles.

spark plugs are autolite, less than 5,000 miles.

btw the car revs smooth and freely in neutral and while the clutch is depressed.

also very smooth at idle.

thanks

Mine would only misfire under load and it idled rock steady. One or more of your stock coils is probably weak.

This is assuming you don't have any mechanical issues. Did you remove the charge motion plate when you installed the intake?

Can you data log the short term and long term fuel trims?
