Does the 5.0 have a better lower end, rods etc, than the 4,6?

They both use powdered rods and similar pistons. Even the boss uses a powdered metal con rod, which I didn't realize.

Just loaded the stock SCT tune on the car, and already wow. Before it felt like the power peaked off about 5800 ish now it pulls to 7000. I cant wait for part money to find its way into my hands.
