I went ahead and pulled my cracked lower grille out and cut out the necessary plastic from the bumper. I need a bigger heat exchanger now! it looks so small.

haha, nice. Yeah, that doesn't look any bigger than the sick *** a/c condensor that is showing on mine.

Now you have to at least polish up the edges on the intercooler

I'm still trying to fix all the bent in fins. Damn tree stump bent the heat exchanger slightly in the middle and pushed it into the ac condensor. Surprisingly nothing leaked. I will try polishing it. not sure if it's aluminum or stainless, but seems like it was to heavy for aluminum.
