Trick to bleed 2005 clutch
I just got done installing my exedy stage 2 clutch yesterday. At first all was good then i started losing the clutch. I stopped and pumped it a bit and got some back but I do need to bleed it again. My questions is
Is there a easy way to bleed the clutch on a 2005 besides dropping the back of the tranny down again? Any tools made for this and a trick that I'm missing. Thanks in advance.

There is a Ford Service procedure out there using a vacuum pump. However, short of that, and what I did......
Either find a nice sharp incline to park on, or jack up the front end as high as possible. SLOWLY depress and release the clutch pedal until your leg is ready to fall off, (I think I went a couple rounds of about 10 minutes each). Pretty much did the trick for me....

I do the slow pump method and check every few pumps to make sure that the brake fluid is topped off. Each pump should take about 15-20 seconds from top to bottom to top again. Do about ten pumps, wait thirty minutes, do about ten more, repeat about 4 or 5 times. Should bleed 99% of the air out of the system and the rest will come out in normal driving over the first hundred miles or so.
