My stang got Rear Ended!!!! Pics

Hello All,
It's been a while since I've posted anything but this is well worth the time to do so. Just this past Friday the 13th, my car was rear ended by a BMW! I was driving on a residential street and came to a stop because the care in front of me needed to make a left turn. It was a two lane street and I was on the inside lane. After I came to a stop, within 5 seconds, Boom! I was rear ended by a young guy driving a Black 2002 BMW. Because of the sudden attempt to stop, the car behind him hit his car. It was a 2008 Toyota FJ cruiser. My car suffered a large dent and scratches to the rear drivers side bumper cover and my muffler was bent down. There was some minor scratches to the quarter panel too. I didn't get a picture of the front of the BMW, probably because I was still in shock and furious at the same time. I got a picture of the back of his car as it was on the tow truck because it was too totaled to drive.

I called my insurance already and I'm getting the $1000 deductible waived because it wasn't my fault. I'm attaching pictures of the work in progress.

That really sucks man. But at least you'll have it fixed. Here's the thing, there are a lot of bad paint guys out there. You need to look that paint work over in shade and sunlight to see if you can find anything wrong. Long story short, I had an accident years back and when they did the paint work, it looked darker, like a faint shadow, where damage was. It was a red car and pretty easy to see. It had to be the right angle, light, etc etc. For some reason I could see it best with my sunglasses on when it was outside, but in the shade it was easier. Once I pointed it out, they claimed they couldn't see it, of course I threatened lawsuit and they decided to repaint it. The 2nd time around it was fixed. The fact you have a silver car, it might be hard to match (I could be wrong) so I would definitely take your time looking over EVERYTHING before leaving the place. Those repair shops are nothing but a bunch of schmucks trying to do cheap, quick work. If that accident made you mad, try hitting a horse at night because some idiot left their gate open. I hit it at 60 mph and it sent me airborn.

Damn that sucks. Better come back 110%
Did you upgrade to a new style bumper or keep it stock?

Also **** me a horse at 60mph. Gdamn

I got her back today! The paint job is amazing. I'm so relieved that they did a good job. I went with the stock bumper. Thank goodness my flowmasters weren't damaged in the accident and on top of that, today is a beautiful day! I'm gonna drive the crap out of her cause I haven't driven her in a week.

I would run out and buy a lottery ticket as you
were very lucky to get such a good repair job. :)
