Default Holy wheel hop Batman!

Well I decided to get on it pretty hard from a stop today and I experienced some wheel hop that was worse than usual. I came to the conclusion that I seriously need some new control arms. Should I do just the lowers or both the uppers and lowers? Also, does anyone have any brand recommendations or are they all generally the same once installed?

I have a Roush "401788" upper control arm and OE GT500 lowers and together they eliminated 99% of my wheel hop with no additional noise or harshness.

i was looking at the BOSS rear lower control arms, and there are multiple uppers that i'm looking at...i already have the Ford Racing front lower controls and it handles great in turns...can only imagine what it'll be like with other parts on

I would just start with lowers. I have no complaints with my J&M LCAs.

UPR Products FTW!

I would recommend this package:
http://www.uprproducts.com/mustang-c...ackage-05.html

It is Made in America, carries a Lifetime Guarantee, and it's only $179 for all three arms, using the mf.com discount.

For the record, I have the LCAs from this kit on my '06 and it doesn't wheelhop, but it is also lowered, which helps. I do have the UCA from this kit which I still need to install, but I also ordered UPR's heavy duty UCA Mount because I plan to do quite a bit of racing in the near future. If your car is mostly a street car, you could do without the mount.

Steeda carries a great Stop the Hop Pak for your 2010 Mustang:

http://www.steeda.com/store/steeda-s...d-mustang.html

Here is a customer's testimonial regarding the package-
The combination of this package and steeda extreme springs, my car launches with no hesitation and virtually no vehicle squat. Feels like I am being slingshot down the road. The lower control arms are easy to install with basic tools and slight persuasion. Unless you have air tools the upper link is a challenge to install with basic tools, due to the lack of space for hand tools. Air tools are highly recommended.
PM me if you would like me to provide you pricing or answer any additional questions for you. With the Steeda package you are getting reliable and fast, not cheaply made parts, how does that help!!
Best Regards,

TJ

What mode was ESC in when this happened? With the nannies on, wheel hop seems worse.

It was in the semi-off position. Traction control off but not the whole system off.
