Default Brakes - Parts Bin Engineering

Alright all you s197 guys, lets talk parts bin engineering of the front and rear brakes for the s197 gt. I'm looking for any other calipers or rotors we can use on ours, mustang variants aside. i.e., windstar, f150, taraus set ups. my idea is to come up with a cheaper front and rear bigger brake setup for us. As long as the surface area of the pistons doesnt change drastically we can continue using the stock hydro-booster, and if all else fails we can swap to the gt500 booster ($220 at my local dealer). see lets get our thinking caps on!

Try the 2012 13.4" front rotors and caliper brackets...

https://mustangforums.com/forum/v6-s...n-a-07-v6.html

No caliper or boosters to swap...

$50 for the rotors and $75 for the brackets on the eBays.

$125 and you are in there on the front...

Cheap front end brake upgrade...

18" rims required.

It says to see your sig for vehicle type,
but your sig only reads:

Not yet ready to unveil my new project. I've given her a name! Project Lillith!

Embrace your Dreams,
And whatever happens...
Protect your Honor.

When I carry a gun... It doesn't limit the actions of those who would interact with me through reason, only the actions of those who would do so by force.
It removes force from the equation... and that's why carrying a gun is a civilized act.
