Default New guy, Chicago, looking at 2011-2001 GT advice

Hey guys. I just sold my beloved car today. 1987 BMW 325is. It was an awesome car, but it was time for it to go. I'm seriously considering a 2011-2012 5.0 and wanted some friendly advice. Is there anything that I should specifically look for that are known issues on these cars? Are there any differences between the 2011 and 2012 (any problems with the 2011's, being the first year of the new 5.0)?

What do you think about this car and the price?

I would get in the tech section and see what you can find. I do know of one difference between the 2011 and the 2012. There is less to grind off the block if you plan on doing a PB Supercharger.

Lots of great info here, I think you will be happy with just about any 5.0.
