Default Can't turn off my tcs

i have an 06 gt. when i first got my car my dad didn't want me to mess around with it so he found a way to permanently leave on the tcs. Now he can't remember what he did, so it's stuck on. i took off the radio and everything in the center trying to look for an unplugged cable or something but found nothing. Any other ideas?

thanks.

Check the wiring diagram. It defaults to "on" so it's either disabled at the switch or in line. I'm not sure if there's a relay involved so you'll have to look up the diagram in here: http://iihs.net/fsm/?dir=1

Find an electrician. They speak Chinese. Seriously though, if you can't read the diagrams, what good does it do to go fishing in the harness?

Although I didn't see it in the diagrams under Engine Controls, I suspect daddy may have disabled a relay. Since the TCS will default back to "on" after shutting off the ignition and starting the car again, it tells me there's a relay and that would be my "guess" to where he did his deed.

Shields up, shelby305. Diabolical was being sarcastic in a friendly way. You'll get that a lot here but it's rarely meant to **** one off.

If you truly can't read the wiring diagrams and haven't a clue where to look, then I suggest you stop by a dealership and explain what you want to a tech. Playing with wiring based on mere guesses is bad joojoo.

You're here seeking free advice, so be polite. This is an electrical issue, and if you don't understand electronics, or how to read the diagrams, that's fine, but find someone who does, as you can really screw some stuff up by poking around in wires where you're lost.
