So, forges piston, and ill be set up to 550rwhp?
I was looking at a 10-12psi super. Not really low, but I was willing to give lol.
Thanks guys, as soon as its done, ill be sure to post pics and a dyno sheet if possible.

How'd you miss:
- tranny input shaft failure, 400-450 HP?
- tranny internal parts failure, 500+ HP?
- clutch slippage, 400-450 HP?
- axle and differential failures, 400-550 HP?
- fuel pump upgrade if FI and over 450 HP?
- cooling system upgrade over 525 HP?

Based on everything I've read here man, my personal opinion is you should just buy a complete kit from one of the "usual suspects" such as Brenspeed for example. You might also want to consider the Ford Racing Whipple HO kit (this is actually what I'd recommend -- running the FRPP tune).
The kits come with everything you need, including the tune and tuner. At this point, we have vendors with YEARS of experience supercharging the 05-09s with proven kits and tunes. There are never any guarantees obviously, cars have blown up as someone mentioned with as low as 400 rwhp, others have gone much higher. 450~ SEEMS to be the established target, but there are many factors to consider.
When you start saying stuff like "and Diablo tune it" I get the impression you want to tune it yourself. I have no idea of your skill level, but unless its relatively high and your wallet relatively deep, I'd recommend relying on one of the known vendors/tunes who have done hundreds or thousands of cars by now... Good luck!

Some of that needs to be taken with a grain of salt. Those guys are doing some hard launching on slicks in order to break the axle or tranny with 400-450hp. Not to mention power shifting on every shift.
