When are you suppose to get the car back? 410 should be achievable with that. You are right that yea 420-410 to the rear is respectable and you will notice a huge performance boost. Many people have negative to say about the M90 as it maxes out in the mid 400 region. If you never intend to go above that then why spend extra 2k. That is why I went with this kit. Is it the fasts car out ther hell no but it is better than your average car out there and is pretty dam reliable. I have buddy that has a 2000 gt with 600hp to the wheels. The thing is a beast but needs a lot of attention.

Yea I live in MA near Worcester. I noticed s197 who commented is also from MA.

But yeah there's a reason i didn't go with a kenne bell with a bunch of boost. I don't need 500 hp. 420 to te ground is a lot of power. That's what, around 480-490 at the crank? That's a lot.

I really need to go, but I was just having issue after issue with the car for the first part of this season. It's only 20min away from me so I have no excuse.

I'm in Newburyport BTW.

With an m5 and 420 to the ground what do you think I'd run the 1/4 mile in?

If you have traction and drive the **** out of it, upper 12's, maybe higher. Street tires, you may not even hit 12's. MPH should be near 110.

I run nitto Drag radials NT05R on the factory stock rims. My best run was a 12.06 at 112mph.

I got 255/45-18 dunlops there a summer tire, I was good at launching when I had only 300 to the ground lol. It's going to be an adventure to put 400+ down.

I believe the m5 is kinda heavy but they do have great power. It's all in how you launch and get that power to the ground. Very difficult with street tires and parts ain't cheap for that car. So slipping the clutch too much......pricey.

Fish, thats a great ET for your mods. I bet you had a great DA day. A good day here is anytime it goes under 1000 ft. Tropical air man....it ain't fast. Lol

I think it will be a once in a life time event. I tow my car to the track so the first run everything is nice a cool. The car gets warmed up just a little bit prior. They also just sprayed the track donw and I was the first one off. My 60' was a all time best of 1.65. The rest of the night it ran between 12.2 to 12.4 with 60's in the 1.8 range.
