I've heard of some stock GT500's a/f in the 10 range too.
I might just drive down to vmp tuning for a dyno tune. It's only about a 2 hour drive.

the VMP email tune i have is very good. 11.5-11.7 a/f. and the power was not bad either 462/432 with a 3.5" pulley on a gen1 SC.
i got the 3.5 pulley from a friend when i did the 8 rib belt change and needed a 8 rib pulley.
Justin at VMP said he could squeeze more hp out of it, but I was satisfied with the 462/432 on the stock motor.
from what i see on the web, he does very good tuning.
I hear he's a busy guy too.
