It is the gt500 blower and a custom intake manifold to bolt it to the 4.6. Produced by Sqidd.

I just had Brenspeed put a set of their detroit rocker cams in my 05 GT about 2 months ago. Price for parts and labor was $1418.60, worth every dime.

hmmm, don't know if I would agree with that moose.
more moving parts with the sc'er, while the NSR cam is a direct replacement.

I'm sure the results are awesome, but that seems like an awful lot of trouble trying to piece that kit together. I'm not made of money, but I'm looking for something a little more self contained.

Well, I talked to a local tuner today for a little while and he basically told me that he recommends the cam swap for those that are looking mostly for the sound. Yes, they add horsepower, but you're looking into the 330 range to the wheels. With a supercharger, you're looking at around 400 to the wheels with stock internals. He recommended the Vortech V3 for price alone. I think they're around $3500 or so and he charges around a grand for the install.

Basically, I'm looking at 330 or so to the wheels for right around $2000, or 400 to the wheels for around $5000. The positive displacement blowers are right around $6,000, so getting one of those is going to run me around $7K. I definitely have some decisions to make.

In my opinion, cams and headers are NOT cost effective mods unless you have forced induction. Put some money into lower control arms and stickier rear tires...but otherwise, save your money for that supercharger.

I went with the cam/header combo...gonna run you about 2K installed.
Cheapest form of forced induction would be a V3 installed for about 5K.
More benefits with the cam's than just power with that sweet idle and shake, shake, shake at the stop lights
Would I like more power??? Sure, but I would want more at 425 too.lol
Do I need more power than I have with the cam?...not for DD purposes. I'm already the pace car from light to light, can't imagine another 100hp needed...but I wouldn't kick it out of bed either
I have nothing pithy to add, but I like your retro grill insert.

There's some rough competition for you over there Mayo. You definitely have a good looking car, win or lose!
