I'd probably come down to Richmond and go to Performance Autosport - http://www.performanceautosport.com/. They are constantly tuning high performance cars. Very professional. Midatlantic Performance could probably do it but last I heard their dyno was busted.

Drive down to Richmond and go see Mike Rousch at Mid Atlantic Performance. http://www.midatlanticperformance.net/ Mike is one of the best turners around and tunes my car as well as many of the fastest cars around, both street and race. He also crews for John Urist and is a great guy.
