Default Need help with my transmission!

I drive a 2005 GT manual transmission with an anomaly that's hard to describe so bear with me. Most of the time shifts are smooth but in the lower gears (1st, 2nd, 3rd, and even 4th to some extent) there seems to be some wiggle room in my drivetrain. It feels like between the engine and the wheels there is about ~30 degrees of play in it.

If I accelerate in 1st then let off the gas (Without depressing the clutch) there is a delay between the pull on the engine and the braking caused by the engine. And when I accelerate again it takes a second to bring the drivetrain back up to speed before I feel the engine pull again (doesn't feel like it could be the clutch slipping cause normally it is a jolt when this happens). Other occasions are if I'm a bit late with the clutch and early off the gas then you'll hear it bounce (rotate) back and forth once or twice. Besides its also pretty loud which I'm guessing deals with sound insulation instead.

This isn't an operator error either because my friend has a 2010 GT with the same 4.6 and 5 speed manual and when I try to make this happen in his car his drivetrain is nice and tight. Sooooo any ideas as to what might be causing this? Has anyone else experienced this?
Oh and the car only has 32,000 miles on it and I purchased it with 28,300
