Inspection Blues Codes Galore

Inspection Blues Codes Galore
2010 Mustang GT, C & L cold air intake, BBK long tube headers, BBK catted X pipe, roush o/r catback. BAMA tune.
Scanner is showing catlyst below threshold both bank 1 and 2. I don't have a check engine light on. This code didn't show until I put the new BAMA tune on to compensate for the BBK catted X pipe this afternoon. I noticed a small slit in my C & L cold air intake filter. Could this be the reason I am throwing those codes? If so, why didn't I throw them before I put the new BAMA tune on. I can't see both of my cats being bad at the same time or even both sensors being bad. Kind of at a loss here and any help would be appreciated since inspection is due at some point this month lol.

Either the tune has the rear O2's off or the hi flow cats flow too much. You will get a CEL soon. You can try double non-foulers on the rear O2's and see if that works. If it doesn't, Kooks has some new cats - they are called "Green Cats" - you will have to have them spliced in. I run Kooks headers so I had them make me new front pipes. The Green Cats definitely work. No more codes, no more OBDII inspection worries.
