Default From Camaro to Mustang

Having owned 2 Camaros in the past I now have a Mustang. 09 GT auto 17,000 miles. It is an awesome car. Going to be driving it to work everyday I can. When the snow flys I have a truck to drive. Don't know how to post pics or I would.

Welcome to the Mustang world! Just upload your images to a photo site such as Photobucket, then copy the URL to the image. Click the icon at the top of the message box that says "Insert Image" and paste the URL into that. Voila!

Stock auto is quite tame from the factory. Order up a CAI/tune from Brenspeed or AM and your car will be chirping them going into second and third gear. That combo alone took a half second off my quarter mile times.

The mustang is a great car and responds very well to mods. Congrats on the purchase.

Adding picture. Scroll down and click "manage attachments". You then can just add a pic from your computer.

Video of my car after adding the cai tune combo. Video was taken several years ago.

These S197 GT's have a very good power to weight ratio. I was a big 60's Stang fan and a big 70's Camaro fan. The roll-out of the S197 nearly made me look like a drooling idiot when I saw my first one; it threw me back to the original Mustang. And when the new Camaro's came out, I said "You blew it, Chevy."

Use an image hosting service like photo bucket or image shack, then use the IMG HTML tag or use the yellow icon with the mountain and sun.

Congrats and enjoy.

Glad to see I'm not the only one. Went from a 2010 Camaro LS to a 2013 Mustang GT. No regrets, though one of my neighbors hassles me about bringing a Ford onto our street. Loved the style changes for the 2013s and the fact that I saved a few thousand going Gt over SS didn't hurt. Going from V6 to V8 is a blast too, no comparing the power and fun to drive.

Welcome to the light side, my son!

Camaros aren't bad cars, I actually like them too. And if I could afford to buy another car, I would have an SS in my stable along side my GT.
But at the time I bought my car, I could only afford one and my heart already belonged to Mustangs first.

The 4.6 3v also loves boost, just a thought! Up load your pics to photobucket.com, then click on your image to view it. Copy and past the url from the address box in your browser and paste it between these tags where the word image is. It needs to have .jpg on the end, so you might have to right click on the image first and choose view image from the menu.
