I have no doubt you will be able to drive your stang again. There is a kid (20 something) at my local skatepark whom rides a skateboard with a prosthetic leg.....knee to toe is prosthetic. This kid rips on the board too. What an inspiration.

Good luck and enjoy your car again. Thank God all you lost was your leg too. At 70 mph getting hit could have been much worse.
