An erroneous out-of-cal condition would bother me, especially if it occurs again. I'd only expect the window to lose calibration due to a voltage issue so I'd keep an eye on the performance of the alternator. But there are a number of connections that could be suspect, assuming it's occuring from a blip in line voltage.
