Default Need Help In Choosing Model Year

I am looking to purchase a used Mustang GT and am looking for help with the pros and cons for the model years of 2011 & 2012.
This will be for a daily driver.
Any suggestions are appreciated.
Thanks,
Mbeardo

Well you might even want to start looking at the 2013's the new 2014's have started rolling out already. 2011 - 2013 all have the 5.0L Coyote which is nice lot of power they squeezed a bit more out of the 2013 5.0L. But really with mods the 2011 - 2012 could get the same performance.

MPG is not bad for being a V8, its not shy about taking down the fuel but its still very good. My 2013 is getting 15.7 city I would assume the 11/12 is around the same.

The six speed manual is a lot of fun, the stock shifter is very picky. Best just to switch them with something like a Hurst or MGW.

I was thinking of the '11 or '12 due to the availability of a used model and lower price.

First off welcome! Second I don't there is much of a difference between the two. They both have the 5.0 which is amazing! I'd look for a 2011 with low miles and start with that. Keep us posted on your search!

Yes, '11 and '12s are the same, I'd go with the lowest mileage. the '13s may be an option. Ford redesigned the front and rear, which look better. But I lean more to the '10 thru '12 Front end.
