Strange aux-looking cable down near footrest?

Sorry for never giving an update on this, but I found out what it is! It is a Bluetooth microphone that heads all the way up the pillar and protrudes near the top of the windshield.
Not very exciting considering I don't use Bluetooth haha

Bummer! That is interesting though, running up the driver's side pillar? Guessing that's aftermarket lol. My diagrams don't show anything running up that pillar...might be time to take a peek I guess!
