New 05 Gt to me!
Just got back from the dealer with my new 05 mustang gt. 93k miles, 5 speed, corsa exhaust and k&n intake. I love it. Paid 10k for it, not too bad..?
What mods should I start looking to do?
Only issue is that the tach doesn't seem to work, but I called the dealer after I left when I noticed it and they told me to take it to my nearest ford dealer and they'll cover it (bought it used at an Infiniti dealer) pics up soon!

Nice man congrats.
With that many miles and year, you may want to spend money on preventive maintenance before mods.
It depends on what you want, performance? Cosmetic? Both?
If it has an intake and no tuner, buy a tuner and tune it to maximize the output of the intake. That is the best performance mod. Cosmetic mods could be tints, wheels, decklid panel, louvers, HIDs, sequentials, upgraded tail/headlights, lowering, etc etc.

I got a two year warranty on it from the dealer so just about everything is covered for 2 years. It's already tinted, wheels and tired will be next after tuner. Also the tach isn't working it just randomly spins around sometimes and it pulled a U1900 code and I researched it and it seems like a bad module? I'm taking it to my ford dealership to get it checked out this weekend

05's are notorious for bad servo motors in the gauge clusters. If your handy with electronics you can replace them yourself or there are places online that will fix it for you. Either one will be cheaper than replacing the whole cluster, which is what the dealer is going to recommend.

The 05's and early 06's have chronic issues with the stepper motors in the gauge cluster. The Ford dealership that you take it to should be aware of that and know what to do.

Well it's got the k&n CAI but I am going to the recharge kit cause it looks a little dirty. Oil change was done 500 miles ago at the dealer with full synthetic so oil is good. Fuel filter will probably be soon because it's probably only been changed once or never lol. Put about 400 miles on it between yesterday and today and I'm very pleased. Fuel mileage seems pretty good, what do these usually get around town? That's where most my driving will be at
