The intake looks to be a good product, not in any way saying anything negative about Steeda, maybe I just got to pumped up about the thing, I can feel some difference in the car, I think I need to get rid of the stock gears, that is probably the missing link, the other mustangs I have owned all had 3:73's. Yea I think headers and mid-pipe then gears will be the next mods.

It is possible, especially if your expectations were too high coming from a car that had better gearing. What did you drive previously?

For Example, one of our reps drove a vehicle that had a very tall, non aggressive gearing. When you got on it from a feel standpoint, it honestly did not feel any faster or responsive than another car we have here at the shop which has 240 less horsepower, yet, the original car is much faster than the one with 240 less HP, just doesn’t feel that way.

Best Regards,

TJ

We could do some data logging with Gus and see if we can make the tune more aggressive ... but many consumers see a night & day difference. I can't base your experience off of other members ... email me at tim@steeda.com and let's see if we can get any more power out of it.

Best Regards,

TJ

You really needed to take a very... "spirited"... ride before the install and upload, then repeat after the install. If you're driving ... "normal"... you'll see little to no difference.
