Arrow Steeda Replacement Shifter Linkage Bushings - 05-10

Mustang Replacement Shifter Linkage Bushings - 05-10 - $29.95

Please let me know if I can help you with this.

These bushings go bad on the stock shifters and Ford won’t sell you these bushings without buying an entire shifter! Our's are also more durable than the stock ones.

Steeda's replacement shifter bushings are designed to reduce slop that develops over time with your aftermarket or factory shifter caused by the shifter linkage bushings wearing out.

The OE replacement bushings are not available from your Ford dealer separately, they can only be obtained by purchasing an entire shifter assembly. Our bushing are more durable, direct replacement upgrades.

Manufactured from high-strength plastic to provide a more direct link to the transmission. Does not require removal of the entire shifter assembly for installation.

Product Benefits
  • High strength plastic reduces shifter slop
  • Prevents purchasing the entire OE shifter just to replace the worn out bushings
  • Does not require any permanent modifications to car

What are the made of?
"High strength plastic" just is to vague of a term.
Whats the composition of the material?

Can I get an exploded view of where they go on the shifter linkage?

The exact composition is proprietary, We are the only people on the market with these bushings that is a very common point of failure. We are not just going to publish that info for our competitors to just try and copy which I'm sure they will try anyway.

We improved on the O.E. design of these bushings. These will have better durability without requiring you to spend nearly 500 dollars and buy a whole shifter, which is the only way Ford will give you these bushings.

Here is a view of where they go.

Will it be able to work on the front of that exact arm, or just that back one?

These bushings are for the rear part of the arm where it connects to the shifter pivot.

I have a Steeda Tri-ax. I can't remember if my shifter came with these bushings or not?

Those bushings are a separate service item. The Tri-Ax does not include them.
