Default Colder Plugs for the 05-06 GT

I just got off the phone with Brent at Brenspeed. He had me go to http://sparkplugs.com for a colder plug for my 05 GT. If you plan on running nitrous, you need these plugs. Autolite is the first to release these plugs and the part number is HT0(zero). The HT1 is the stock plug and the HT0 is one step colder. I had to call the toll-free number to get someone that had knowledge about the plugs. It just so happens that this kid has a S/C'd 05, so he had the scoop.

I have been on the website to order the colder spark plugs but cannot find them anywhere. How do I go about ordering them. I called the number and they said that I would have to order them through napa or some other auto parts store. Is there an easier way or did I look in the right place?

when I called the number on the website, I too got a girl that had no idea how to help me. Call back and ask for the guy who has a new Mustang. They should know who you are talking about. When you do, post his name. If you cant get it tomarrow, I'll try to call back to find out who helped me.

BTW....the plugs are NOT on the website or in the computer that the little girl tries to pull up, so you have to get hold of this guy to get them.

the price sounds right. It was about $82 total. I was told that they were backordered and that they had 96 more plugs on the way from Autolite.

Got mine via FedEx today. Salesmans name says MIKE. The part number on the plugs is HT0 (zero). and the part number on the invoice is AUTHT0(zero). Hope that helps.

Shipping included, the total was $82.08.

Thanks for the info. I actually followed the route you took and called brent at brenspeed and he found the link that took me to where I needed to be. Thanks for the info I'm sure someone else could use it. Can't wait to go to the track. Keep me posted on your times at the track. I ran a 9.22 completely stock just the flowmaster American thunder mufflers which I assume is what you have. Have you ran your car? Is 9.22 good for completely stock? That's the 8th of course. Oh yeah, that was the first time I had been to any dragstrip.
