When you guys are racing where do you normally shift at for maximum/ safe performance?

I have my Auto sticking it at 6300 RPM at WOT.

I shift at 6500rpm but that's because my rpm band now redlines at 7000rpm from the tune. Although sometimes in really aggressive driving, i'll hit 6700-6800rpm. In other words, give yourself a 250-500rpm buffer

I launch at 4,500 rpms and shift at about 6,200. This is based on were the car as dyno makes max hp. 4,500 max torque
