Thanks. If I put new cats back in it, do I have to re-install new 02 sensors?

Most likely yes. You can turn the sensors off or on with a tune, but if you need to pass emissions they need to be on. Not sure what state you live in but I can imagine if the cats are not there already your in a place that doesn't require them

Thanks, I live in AR. I am not really worried about passing emissions, just reducing the exhaust smell that I have now. Are there any benefits to running with the o2 sensors on opposed to off?
