2011-2014 5.0 Brembo Brakes on a 05-10 GT?
Would it work, taking the Brembo Brake Rotors and Calipers off the 2011-2014 5.0 and putting them on your 05-10 GT? I figured I'd do something like that to upgrade my brake system. It'd probably be cheaper than buying a new kit too, if I can find a donor car or someone who's taking them off to upgrade. But the question really is, would it work or would I run into any issues?

I suspect you'll have a hard time finding a take-off set of Brembo's since it seems everyone is upgrading to them. Bottom line is they will cost you a small fortune, unless you get really lucky.

I have the stock 2013 Mustang GT brakes (13.2" I think) on my 05 GT. Bought them as complete take offs (less than 5 miles, factory shipped cars) from Roush cheap. Bolted right up. You need 18" or larger wheels though.
$250 I think is what I paid for:
Front:
13.2" Rotors
Calipers
Brackets
Pads
Rear:
Rotors
Pads
Additionally, the new rotors are also thicker than the old ones.
