Any reason to fail an inspection?

Any reason to fail an inspection?
Went to get the stang inspected last weekend and I failed for "OBDII System Not Ready"
Catalayst: Not Ready
O2 Sensor: Not Ready
O2 Heated: Not Ready
They told me I had unplugged my battery recently and I needed to put 100 miles on it. I hadn't unplugged it, but w/e. I put 100 miles on it (105 to be exact) and took it back. Same damn thing.
I've got a Brenspeed tune but never had a problem before. Also, the guy told me they used to pass cars with this problem but the state recently changed the laws and they can no longer pass cars that are "Not Ready"...
Any suggestions?

Verify with brenspeed that you have an "emmisions" tune and drive your car for about 2 drive cycle of 30+ miles each.
I'm guessing that your tune has the rear O2's turned off.
Do you have an offroad X-pipe or long tubes that aren't catted?

There's a thread here within the last 3 months a guy had the same probem. Someone replied with the exact steps to have the cats ready for testing. Search around, it's in one of the 3V sub forums
Edit: Here's the thread. https://mustangforums.com/forum/2005...ny-advice.html
Here's the Ford driving cycle instructions from the thread, credit to JCON:http://www.obdii.com/drivecycleford.html
If you have a smart phone, there's some Apps discussed in that thread you can pair with a Bluetooth OBD II adaptor to monitor when your car is ready to test.

Gonna flash back to stock tune and run it then get it retested

It was the tune. I got two tunes from Brenspeed, 93oct Street and 93oct Track.
The street tune IIRC gave me problems on the track (cut power when I was cornering too hard) and the track tune didn't. My guess is I forgot to swap back after that and was running the track tune when I went to get it inspected instead of the street tune.
Got myself a ELM327 from NE for $12 + free shipping and the free version of torque worked perfectly.
I actually saved the company I work for around $230 because they were about to buy a new OBDII monitor and I convinced them to get the ELM327 I got because it logs all the data theirs did and they all have smartphones in the mechanics shop.
