Price?
I'm looking at a clutch replacement job probably in the coming year. A performance shop locally quoted me like $450 labor if I supplied the parts. I am looking to replace clutch, pressure plate, slave cylinder/T/O bearing, pilot bearing, flywheel and rear engine seal. My car is a 2006 GT 'vert. Does this sound in line?

That's a very good price. The local Ford Stealership wanted to charge me 700 bucks so I went with a guy that was about three hundred bucks cheaper. Lets just say I should have went with the Stealership. I ended up having to re-do their mess up. Make sure you get some kind of warrenty and follow the break in time on the new clutch. GL!

This sounds like good deal as if you supplied all the parts then just $450 will be payable for labor and fitting charges. Honestly I paid 600$ from Ford dealership. I think you shouldn't wait for cheap price as later on you may get some internal problems in the clutch parts due to not fitting well.

Just did mine last week and the install was 450.00 at a very reputable performance shop in town. So the total will depend on the clutch and what you replace i guess, id say its fair if you have peace of mind with the install from a respectful shop
