What's done to this car??

Hey guys. What is done to this car? Is this the Cali package? Also why do some cars have the black plastic trim around the bottom and some don't?

Anyway here's the car in question:

Also, I'm not sure I really like the black trim around the bottom. Is it worth getting a 2013+ so I don't have it?

Not a California Special at all. 2011 had the lower black panels. You can have them painted if you desire.

Looks like it has the California Special grill, front bumper cover and fog lights, and trunk lid spoiler.

Just has the GT/CS front fascia and grille.

Interior is base level GT and not the premium level even. GT/CS had different premium level interior. Also the car is missing the GT/CS side stripe decal and faux gas cap; also I believe that the 2011 GT/CS was missing the 5.0 fender badge because of the GT/CS side stripe. The wheels also are no the GT/CS wheel.

Just as Jim stated. It is a Base GT. however, it has Brembo Wheels and what appears to be a 2005-2009 GT spoiler. That is way overpriced for that car. I paid less than that for a loaded 2012 Brembo with only a few more miles.
