low idle at start up and coming to a stop

Just put a diablo intune on my 07 gt and I noticed the rpms dip low around 500 on start up and coming to a stop... what could be wrong?

If it doesn't improve after about 25-50 miles, then clean the TB and run a tank of SeaFoam. If that doesn't clear it up, then I'd suspect the Diablo tune which is likely a canned tune vs a custom tune.
