Default 05-10 Mustang GT 4.6L 02 Simulator

I have a CEL due to a check engine light, and can't afford to buy the BAMA intake/tuner atm. I need something temporary to remove my check engine light. Would anyone know any 02 simulators? I've came across these but not sure if they'll work..

http://www.o2-simulators.com/ - would these work on my car? The M18 sockets

I didn't know rpmoutlet was still in business - it says "new ownership". I wonder if that is true.

Would you happen to know any information on this that can help me out?

If you have a friend with a code reader you can reset it or go borrow one from Advanced Autoparts. MIL eliminators worked on previous models but most people just buy a tuner for the S197's. In theory they should work, I just don't know anyone who has used them.

The old style simulators won't work on the S197's. You can try adding doubled anti-foulers and see if that works. Sometimes does, sometimes doesn't.

First step is to read the codes being thrown, and go from there.
And correct, the older-style o2 eliminators cannot be used. There are ways to achieve the desired results, however, if that is your issue.
But more likely you have other issues that can be resolved. And, we don't know the mods or mileage or anything about your car.

Just running 91 octane, o/r pypes x pipe, and a flowmaster american thunder axleback in my 06 GT. I got 38,092 miles on it.

If you are in CA with an O/R pipe, prepare some lube because you are not going to pass the visual.

I have been running MIL eliminators on my 05 GT for over 1 year and they do work. I have an off-road H pipe. I bought them from American Muscle, they were for the 96-04 mustangs. They plugged right in, I reset my CEL and the light never came back on.
