Default Switched Power in Console

I've got a 2007 GT Convertible, Manual, Powered and Heated seats. I took the console off and found a spare harness, near as I can tell it is for an Automatic Transmission. I've checked it out with a meter, and looks like one of the pins is switched.

I think from some of the Wiring diagrams, it looks like it comes from the PCM Relay.

I've seen a bunch of aftermarket goodies and wondering where they get the power from.
Would this be a good source for switched utility power or is there a better solution?

I've included a front and back photo of the connector I'm looking at.
