Finally purchased my supercharger kit

I read through the posts on the thread. That one guy has a lot of opinions based only upon his opinions.
You made a good choice with a blower that in the future can provide you with almost whatever amount of power you choose.
A lot of the whipple guys gave me **** over buying a KB. Whatever. I stopped caring about what others "feel" a long time ago.

You'll love it. Especially if you have never had a SC, the brand will not matter at all.
I have a TVS Magnacharger and everyone was pushing Roush, which was a 1,000 more dollars. Still happy with my Maggie!

Just did a VMP install on a buddies Boss. Its really straightforward. Your gonna be amazed on how hard it pulls and Brenspeed really knows how to tune them. They tune my Roushcharged 06GT and she runs quite nice. Enjoy the install and post some pics along the way.

I actually ended up taking it to a local performance shop to have it done. I dropped it off this morning and called back at the end of the day abd they said they are halfway done /:

Ok install is complete. There is good news and bad news.
Bad news: The tune is not correct. The car knocks in the upper RPM range in 2nd gear and above. It also is prone to stalling out when slowing down holding the clutch down as opposed to using engine compression. Sometimes the idle drops wayyyyy down and then it kicks back up to like 2000 rpms then evens out at 1000rpms. The guys who installed it said that the tune seems too aggressive, and could be due to the altitude (6000 feet). I will be calling Brenspeed tomorrow to see what they say.
Good news: The car pulls HARDDDDD. It is a blast to drive and holy **** does it throw you back in the seat. When I get the tune worked out I will be very satisfied. I was also happy with the cost of the install (1100, which also included gauges, oil catch can, and gauge pillar/pods). The numbers produced were not bad either. Here they are:
And my boost gauge reads 5 PSI...
Stock was 358 Rwhp and torque was 347
With E Force I got 547 Rwhp and 449 torque
At an altitude of 6000 feet, estimate 1.5 percent power loss per 1000 feet of altitude, that would be about 600 Rwhp at sea level. I honestly was expecting the numbers to be lower so I am satisfied.
The engine bay is dirty I know!
