for $23k you can get a fairly nice used mustang, check local dealers, autotrader, ebay, and even craigslist.

Call around. If a dealership don't have any, they should be able to point you to a dealership that would.
The same is true for used car dealerships.

23K will get you a '11 or possibly even a '12 GT. The Premium package might be more so be prepared to up your budget because most GTs are Premium packages (at least from my experience).

Ebay, Craigslist. Google.

I'm actually surprised you were able to find a mustang forum, make an account, and post, but unable to find a mustang for sale in your area.

This.

OP, if you "need a 2011" then you might want to spend some time going over your needs vs. wants. I don't think you NEED a 2011 GT, you WANT one. I suppose there could be some strange reason why you want a 2011 instead of a 2012 but, whatever.

There's Mustangs for sale all over the country. I'm not aware of a dealership / used car supercenter that does not have a website that can be accessed from the comfort of your couch.

You may place an order and purchase one right now. Just walk into any Ford dealership and make an order.

I do not know if any 2015 Mustangs are already on the sales lots yet, but the factories are already pushing them out if full production speed.
