If you are looking to make around 700hp with a 3v, you better have a fat budget. If I were you, get the spec's for the ford racing aluminator 3v motor and copy that.

And find someone who has done with a V3 and a shop that has experience with it. Don't try and re-invent something. If it's possible to get 700 hp with the V3, someone has probably done it. You may learn some things that will save you money, time and headaches.

Sactown would know. You will need good heads, cams and long tubes, plus a great intake manifold, a good tuner, fuel system that may or may not be custom depending who you know has done it before and great cooling for the blower and the engine.

It's not cheap.
