My $0.02 - I have the GT500 quad axle backs. I wanted something that sounded good but yet wouldn't bother the neighbors at 2AM. They're perfect for what I was going for - plus I like the quad look. Only drawback is they're OEM and therefore not the best looking (the tips). Going to try and polish them up a bit.

Thanks dkp. Did you also buy the GT500 rear valance? The Magnaflow quad tips I have came with a template to cut the stock valance and it worked out great. I am wondering if the GT500 would fit into the Magnaflow modified valance?

There is probably no way of knowing without diving in with both feet...

Yes, I bought the kit that came with the diffuser also. Since I have a California Special it was a easy swap - no cutting required. The GT500 tips are nothing fancy so I would think they'd fit.

Finally got the wheels put on and the exhaust. I will put up exhaust vids soon.

I have the pro kit on it, should I try going lower?

However the GT500 mufflers are big like stock and something like bassani weight significantly less.
Nice looking car! I agree with keeping cats: less pollution, no problem at emissions inspection, no check engine light

Have a look on craigslist for some used Borla or Roush axlebacks. They show up all the time in my area for cheap.
