Default Clutch doesn't fully disengage at high RPM

The car is an 05 GT with 90,000 miles. Basically when I'm driving hard and shifting at over 5000rpm it is very hard to shift into the next gear, I have to forcibly put it in gear making quick shifts nearly impossible. Also after coming to a stop after driving hard it is extremely hard to put the car in any gear including reverse. On top of that when I redline the car with it in gear with the clutch fully depressed it will move forward (or backward if I'm in reverse) a foot or so.

Right now I'm thinking my clutch needs to be bled. Any ideas on what the problem might be?

sounds like a pilot bearing issue, pull the trans and inspect, if the pilot seizes up then it will drag the input shaft and cause your concern

The thing is there isn't any noise from my trans at all. Pilot bearings usually make a sound when they are going.

I just replaced my clutch again (sigh). From a dead stop, I had to fight to get it in any gear. Once I was rolling I would just use the natural shift points. Anyways I had no noise or anything.

Apparently, my throw out bearing exploded with 27k miles on it. Not true if the 05's are cable clutch or not.

05 and up is hydraulic but would act the same if the throwout or pilot were bad,

I would think it is the throw out bearing, if you replace it just get another stock one from Ford, there is no reason to use an aftermarket TOB.
